Privacy Policy

1. Operator and Scope

UBD Labs (the "Operator") operates the Survival Series web games nuclear.ubd.gg, quake.ubd.gg, airport.ubd.gg, reactor.ubd.gg, tsunami.ubd.gg (the "Service"). This policy applies equally to all five sites. The Service has no sign-up and does not ask for personally identifying information such as your name, phone number or email address.

2. Information We Collect

• Device ID: a random string stored in your browser (for example, to group your play records). It cannot be used to identify you.
• Play records: game start and end, choices made, result type, language, country of access (the country code provided by Cloudflare), and referral source (which site you came from).
• Nickname and result thumbnail you add when sharing: stored only when you create a result share link. We recommend not using your real name as a nickname.
• IP address: stored together with a shared result thumbnail when it is uploaded, to deal with abuse (such as uploading inappropriate images).
• On-device settings: settings such as sound, vibration, language and collection progress stay only on your device (browser storage) and are not sent to our servers.

3. Purpose of Use

We use this information only to adjust game balance (survival rates and choice statistics), fix bugs, improve the Service, provide result share links and prevent abuse. We do not use it for ad targeting and do not sell it.

4. Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics. Google uses cookies to collect statistics such as number of visits, time spent and device type. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can still play the games.

5. Retention and Deletion

Play records are deleted once they are no longer needed for statistics and are kept for no more than 2 years. Shared result thumbnails and nicknames are kept so that share links keep working, and are deleted without delay upon request. Deleted information is disposed of so that it cannot be restored.

6. Service Providers and Transfers Abroad

The Service runs on servers, databases and storage of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), and visit statistics are processed by Google LLC (USA). In this process, the information above may be stored on servers outside your country. We do not provide it to any other third party (except when required by law).

7. Your Rights

You may at any time request deletion of, suspension of processing of, or access to results you have shared. Send the share link to cs@ubd.gg and we will handle it after checking. Clearing your browser storage also removes your device ID and on-device settings.

8. Children Under 14

The Service does not collect personally identifying information. Users under 14 should not put their real name or contact details in a nickname when sharing results.

9. Security Measures

All connections are encrypted with HTTPS, and stored information is managed so that only the Operator can access it.
